The company’s target groups are disadvantaged people such as the disabled, the unemployed, women, young people starting their careers and the elderly. In addition, Human Profess Kozhasznu Nonprofit Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsasag (HP) provides services for professionals, civil society organizations, profit and non-profit organizations and local governments. HP’s area of activity is Vas County, on the western border of Hungary, but it has contacts with many governments, civil society and non-profit organizations and universities in many European Union countries. The company carries out professional activities in four different areas:
- Labour market services: Facilitating the social integration and employment of disadvantaged people, providing services and training related to vocational rehabilitation of disadvantaged people, career counselling, close cooperation with business organisations, consultancy companies and service providers.
- Adult education activities: Organizing trainings, developing teaching materials, informing institutions about the latest trainings, managing the implementation of training, documenting and developing the quality management system of training.
- Knowledge and innovation transfer: exploring the opportunities that lie in Hungarian and international collaborations, establishing relationships, adapting innovative activities, generating Hungarian projects, carrying out and testing innovative activities.
- Writing and managing tenders for external clients: businesses for local authorities in the areas of health promotion/health promotion and development of social services, social, health and educational institutions, labour market services and removal of information communication barriers for innovative developments for small businesses.
The vision of the HP initiative: An organization that fights for equal opportunities and labor market rehabilitation of disadvantaged groups. HP wants to maintain its stability as a multifaceted organization serving various sectors and striving for flexibility and innovation at the same time.
